(How we conduct and coordinate them)
When do you arrive to setup for the ceremony? We arrive usually an hour before to ensure all equipment is working properly. (to do sound checks, power checks, etc)
What type of equipment to do you use for the ceremony? Will it cost a lot? Basic PA system. Great inexpensive sound system, just for the use for the ceremony. Fee is minimal. (p.s. we save the main pa system for use at the reception)
Do you do outdoor ceremonies? Yes
If you do outdoor ceremonies and their is no power supply available, can you supply your own power? Yes. Their is a minimal fee for the power supply.
What is the prelude and what type of music do you play during the prelude (before the bride arrives)? Does it allow for guest to sing along if they choose? The prelude is the period of time before the bride arrives for the ceremony and generally last thirty to forty-five minutes. Many couples choose wedding songs and music that is joyous but unobtrusive, allowing the guests to be seated and relaxed before the ceremony officially begins. We play whatever the customer would like us to play for the prelude. Whether it be the traditional prelude music or something of their choice. We keep the volume at a level for all the guests to enjoy and sing along, if they choose.
What other types of music do you play for the ceremony? We play the traditional ceremony music unless otherwise specified in your wedding itinerary.
What are the stipulations if you need additional equipment for the ceremony and reception? Any additional costs? If the Ceremony and Reception are back to back, at different venues, or less than 2 hours apart, additional costs would apply. This is due to the fact that the dj has to setup and teardown equipment at each venue and be prepared to kickoff reception at the desired time for the client. Keep in mind that this is a lot of work (that we are happy to do!) for the dj and he or she wants to ensure everything goes how the client requests. Details of these costs will be quoted and discussed with you by your Supafly Promotions representative during the booking process.
How can we pay for the ceremony and other services? Payments can be made for your convenience online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Debit or Credit.
